I’m your holistic health coach and the creator of the Mind-Body Shift program. With a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, plus certifications as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to help you achieve lasting transformation.

I designed the Mind-Body Shift program to take you from feeling frustrated with your health to unlocking your full potential — creating permanent body transformations. This isn’t just about physical results; it’s about flourishing from within and achieving effortless, lasting change.

How does the program work?

Learn and grow at your own pace with our weekly training schedule. The Mind-Body Shift Program is a 10-week self-study journey. Each week features short videos, just 5–10 minutes each. Alongside this, you'll get a workbook with action steps to guide your transformation.

Life happens—you might go on vacation, get sick, or just fall behind. That's why we offer 90 days of online group coaching and community access to give you extra support. These extra weeks offer some wiggle room if you need more time to complete the 10-week program.


How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?

In total, expect to dedicate about 60-90 minutes per week on the course material. The time you spend implementing the tools is completely up to you. But remember, the more you invest into the program, the more you will get out of it!

What if I don't get results?

I am extremely proud of this course and am confident that anyone who invests in it and implements the strategies and tools provided will be on the right path to a mind-body transformation. Remember that during the journey to permanent transformation, you have to allow yourself to be a work in progress!

Once the 90-day course is finished, you can continue your progress with ongoing support.  I offer virtual personal trainers and health coaches who are available to help you stay on track and keep growing in your wellness journey.  This additional support is available for a monthly fee.
